This situation can be applied to many other scenarios.
I have a matrix with Hours by Department and then by the individual employee (one level lower). I'd like to conditionally format the column "Hours" to be red when the employee works over 40 hours. I can do this, but then when the hierarchy is collapsed, it shows the TOTAL department's hours are formatted red, since the department total is over 40 hours.
The ability to format different hierarchies would be nice.
