Power BI Service: Add possibility to create named, shared and re-usable refresh schedules

I would suggest adding the possibility to create named, shared and thus re-usable refresh schedules in the Power BI Service (Fabric?), that one could select when setting up new datasets.

Today, e.g. when creating reports that shall be refreshed to the maximum number of times, you have to perform multiple steps every time when adding the refresh times. In addition you have to create a strategy to keep track of the different organisational and report refresh needs.

If we would have the possibility to set up named and shared schedules, the organisation would have the possibility to create a structured refresh strategy ("Hourly", "Daytime", "Daily", "Nightly", "Full extent" etc).
