Add a format option to make the visual visible or not

In Power BI dekstop, you can set a visual visible or not but this is static.

The solution to use bookmarks has two flaws :

1. If you created bookmarks for your users, the bookmarks for the navigation are still displayed (since you can't hide bookmarks...) and create confusion for them.

2. When displayed a page in the online Dashboard(s), bookmarks don't work.

Adding the option to hide bookmarks would solve flaw #1 but not #2. Might still be a good idea though...

But adding an option in the format on visibility that could be linked to a measure would allow the same flexibility without those flaws.
