The ability to share dataflows by email rather than add to Workspace user

Dataflows are great in being able to create one dataset that other users can reference within an organisation however it would be great to be able to share dataflows without the need to add users to that particular workspace.



Similarly to how you can "Manage Permissions" to a dataset, this would be ideal if we could do with Dataflows as well. We are in a big organisation and it would be great to be able to all share our dataflows for one consistant view but its not viable to keep adding everyone to workspaces to do so. 



Please replicate the sharing capability for a dataset to dataflows.
