Force number formatting in distributed reports, including thousand separators

When building reports in an international context, there is currently no possibility to force a specific number format independent of the local settings of the user. The result is that all users get the settings that presumably is the standard in the PBI service.

It should be possible to format a number independent from the local settings of the users (e.g. with space as thousand separator, dot as decimal separator in a similar way as possible in Excel).
This formatting must also be applied when reports are sent out via subscriptions to ensure that company standards are adhered to independent on where a receiver of a report is geographically located.
