    Add "not" options to Relative Date Filter ("not in this", "not in the last", "not in the next")

    Currently user can filter to
    - in this year/month/week/day
    - in the last x years/months/weeks/days
    - in the next x years/months/weeks/days

    Please add option to filter to
    - not in this year/month/week/day
    - not in the last x years/months/weeks/days
    - not in the next x years/months/weeks/days

    Just as an example, I want my Report to show everything "not in this month".
