Automatic email reply feature when access to report is requested.

When a user request access to the report, we should be able to send email with the instructions on how to get the access.

As of now there is a way to do this when a user request access for build permissions on dataset but not for report.
If we have this feature this is going to reduce so much manual work for the report owner.

Good Idea, especially for large organisations that may have a seperate authorisation process which requires approval. The current pending process just puts users into a holding pen that may not be checked or monitored and it is also not possible to validate approved access for the admins just based on the fact they have 'requested it'.

this would make the access management of managed and individual reports so much easier. If not within PowerBI, then at least that the credentials of the requestor can be fetched easier through PowerAutomate.

Really any way to notify users when a security group is enabled that manages access. i.e. changing the default access message to point to a SharePoint page or access group would suffice. Currently, there is no way to get around this.
