    Create Option to turn on the Selection Borders for all Visuals in Edit Mode

    Create a button or a checkbox in the View ribben to turn on the “hover” borders to all the visuals on a page that appear on a visual when you hover over or move a visual. It would be great to easily see if all the visuals were aligned. Ctl+A can turn on all the borders but once you start to move one visual the borders go away. Be great to have them all on so you can align visuals!
