Show/highlight that Report parameters were changed but not executed in Paginated report

Changing settings: currently the data grid does not go blank when you change the settings; currently the old data output stays and only refreshes when you click “report”; so if you are interrupted while selecting the settings and then come back, you might not remember that you haven’t run the report, when you then click export the app throws an error ; only then you come to know that you have to re-run the report; better: once a settings is changed, the grid is emptied

Actual Results:
The report output stays in the window, when the user starts to change parameters again for generating the same report with another set of selection

Expected Results:
On change report parameters, highlight that output doesnt match the current parameter settings but not executed.
