If you set custom scaling to anything other than 100% in Windows 10, the "Scroll bar" in the field list may disappear in Power BI Desktop display.
It will become visible when you return to [100%], but depending on the user, it is necessary to enlarge the display of Power BI Desktop, so please handle it so that it will not be affected by Power BI Desktop.
