    Ability to insert measures into START and END properties of Y-Axis of many visuals

    We currently can insert static values into START and END properties of Y-Axis of many visuals. Ability to insert measures into START and END properties will make them more responsive, self adjusting and dynamic.

    For example, on column chart with 20 data points between 70% and 71%, all bars look nearly same because all bars start from 0. For the measure I am analyzing 1% is a lot and I really need to focus only on area above, let's say 65%. Because values I analyze can vary, I can't use static properties.
