Falcon Connector

Falcon users want to create custom analyses and dashboards with their project data. Making Falcon's data available in Power BI seamlessly is hence the most frequently suggested feature.

Falcon is a software service utilized by SMEs and large enterprises to plan and track strategic transformation project portfolios encompassing project resources, schedules, project risk, finances, and workflows. Reporting progress is a central aspect of this endeavor.

Falcon offers a simple reporting suite with a small set of standard analyses. However, users long to dive deep into Falcon's data and frequently seek individual analyses and reports - and hence Power BI. Currently, users export data from Falcon, transform it manually and process it further in Power BI. Yet this process is not only tedious, manual, and anything but real-time, it is also prone to error. A native connection to Power BI solves all common issues. That is why we are already working on the technical implementation of a connector. Getting certified would further easy the process on the customer end and make the connection available to all users with ease.
