    Add an API to export the Power Queries behind a dataset into JSON like we have for dataflows

    This is to build on top of the already submitted idea: Microsoft Idea (powerbi.com) to provide the capability to programmatically export the power query logic for datasets as one API, just like we have for dataflows: Dataflows - Get Dataflow - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn.
