Create a DAX measure or a technique to bring in the Excel Data Selector Data Types in Power BI

In Excel, one can easily populate certain data using the "Stock", "Currency" and "Geography" data types. Reference:

Can this be brought to Power BI? It would be particularly helpful if a LIVE exchange rate via the "Currency" data type can be brought into Power BI so calculations with LIVE currency exchange rates can be done, and be displayed in visuals like cards, KPIs and visuals that use line charts.
