Field Parameter Default Status and None Option

First and foremost, Field Parameters are a great feature. Some suggestions . . .

1.) We need the ability to set a default status for the Field Parameters. The current behavior and interaction of Field Parameters in combination with the new Apply all slicers and Clear all slicers buttons creates a confusing experience for the dashboard user. When the user clicks the Clear all slicers button the Field Parameter will go into a pending state - even though a new selection has not been made. Additionally, from a user experience perspective, it would make sense for the Field Parameter to have a default state and clicking on the Clear all slicers button would reset the Field Parameter(s) to that default state.

2.) It would also be nice to have a "None" selection that could be added to the Field Parameter. In other words, the ability to add an option for no field to be selected in the Field Parameter. A use case for this is using a Field Parameter to change how a bar graph is stacked. It would be nice to have the bar graph just show totals (not stacked) using the Field Parameter selection, instead of imposing a hack to accomplish this.
