When performing an action of "Copy" report to another Workspace, permission prompt should show

When using the "Copy" Report function, which will make a reference copy in another Workspace to the current report, we often get caught in a situation where a user in the other Workspace goes to open that Copy and does not have permissions to that base report.

Would it be possible to prompt a user for permission to that specific report at the time of copying to help remind the admin that they need to consider which permissions to grant? Alternatively, if your team has a better idea, that would be great too.

It's somewhat frustrating to be able to share files easily to other Workspaces but yet the permissions aren't granted through that process.
