New Look Report Directory

With the new look the top report loads by default. Make a report directory report that shows a list on the top of the category/sections, how many reports are in the section and who the contact is for that section. Down below have a list of the reports, link to the report, description of the report and last refreshed date.

I hand built something similar and have it load by default but it is based off of data in a sharepoint list. It would be nice to have this by default.
