User should be able to copy easily duplicate workspaces with all items in it(reports, semantic models, dashboard, dataflows, uploaded (xlxs, pbix )files) and keep access rights to those items at the target workspace.
We know there is a way of doing that using Rest API, however it has some drawback that it is very complicated which business cannot do easily.
And also copy only works semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
