Apply filters link should be a button and be there for basic filters too

I love the new Filter experience. My one suggestion is that in the new version I wish that the Apply Filter link would be more obvious (maybe if it was presented as a button instead). Also, I'd rather have this for Basic filtering as well as for Advanced and Relative date filters. It's more consistent and sometimes users want to check a load of boxes in the list before seeing their selections applied to the visual(s) and this could be better performance-wise for large datasets.
