Power Bi service has several methods of tracking report usage. But they all depending having Admin access and a buttload of configuration. And as far as I've seen, no provide the data ins such a manner than you can query it, run analysis, etc.
What is needed is a simple logging process. When a report is opened, the report name, username, date and time are logged to a file or database.
