Tenant level settings for workspace and content hygiene

Would it be possible to add Power BI hygiene workflows to ensure all workspaces content are removed from the tenant. Examples

Workspaces

If a workspace is empty or if a workspace has no activity for 90 days then notify the workspace administrators.

If workspace administrators are no longer part of the organization or if workspaces do not have any members email the Power BI admins instead

at 120 days if no action has been taken, the workspaces goes into a disabled state

at 150 days workspace is soft deleted

Content (reports, datasets, dashboards, apps, dataflows etc)

If content has no activity for 90 days then notify the workspace administrators and or the content owner.

at 120 days if no action has been taken, content goes into a disabled state

at 150 days content is soft deleted

• The flow timelines can be configured by the Power BI Admin team to fit with the companies policies
• Power BI Admins can create custom notifications which fit with the companies policies
• Report is available to see what is disabled pending deletion
• Ability to recover soft deleted content
