Access request should show user alias

Access request sent via email from PBI service only tells the user's name. Multiple people having same name I can't tell who the person is. Same if go and check requests and the "Share" pane.
This is a problem for multiple reasons: a) When PBI uses direct query I need to give access to data source via Security Group, I can't do that if I don't know the alias of the user b) It's security issue if I just randomly approve access assuming I know who the person is without ability to e.g. check from organization hierarchy c) I can't email back to person asking why they need access.
