Add filtering capabilities between matrix/table and slicer

When selecting a row within a matrix or table, the values in a slicer should filter accordingly (similar to how cards and charts get filtered). For example, I have a matrix that lists employee names and a slicer for a date field. When selecting a name in the matrix, the date slicer should only show dates associated with the employee selected. This functionality should be able to be turned off as well by using the "Edit interactions" feature as you can with other visuals.
