Conditional Formatting for Total and Subtotals in Matrices

The recent addition of conditional formatting for values is wonderful. However, it would be great to have the ability format subtotals and totals, as the variation on those fields are often even more important to draw attention to.

2016 it's been 4+ year and we are still waiting for it,common Power BI Team you can do better Job then making us vote and wait for this Idea.

Is there a workaround? My executives aren't too thrilled to only see a few rows formatted how they are used to but no formatting on all the various subtotals & totals.

This is a very basic concept (if not in execution) and a must have for reporting - please prioritise this onto a to do list!
