Page background image added to report made in Power Bi Desktop does not show when report is posted to Report Server for example.
Update report server to work with all features that are in power bi desktop RS version or remove them to avoid confusion on what work and what doesn't. Set some more focus on, on prem solution the business world is not ready to go full cloud.
