Disable Analyze in Excel feature without disabling 'Export Data'

Currently under the Tenant Administrative Settings, disabling 'Analyze in Excel' does not prohibit users from using the tool. The only fix is to also disable 'Export Data'. A tool which I would like to keep since it only shares data that is explicitly included in my report, and none of the underlying data.

It would be great to have a toggle for enable/disable Analyze in Excel -- by dataset, report, dashboard when publishing an App in Power BI Service.

Agreed with the other person's comment -- this is important to protect certain underlying data tables.
