Tabbing to be set automatically when the dashboard is loaded each time

We have a set of visuals and as part of our accessibility requirements, have set the tab order to go from top left to bottom right. However, when tabbing the visuals are being selected in reverse order from bottom right to top left. When clicking edit and show selection pane, it fixes itself, but the next time we load the dashboard the incorrect order appears again. 

Hence the tabbing needs to be set automatically rather doing manually each time from the selection pane every time the report/dashboard is loaded
