Drill-through button with filters

Add filter properties to drill-through buttons so that they can pass on this context to a target page.

It's easy to create a CARD viz that has filters set on it that allows a right click to drill through to some target where the filters are preserved, but it doesn't act like a button, so drill through only works with Right Click -> Drill Through -> Target. A much nicer UX would be to allow buttons with filter properties so that a user can use a single left click to drill through to a target page with their defined filter context preserved.
