I normally sort artifacts by refresh time newer to older so that I can have at the top those I'm working with and keep manually refreshing. This is normally only in the Dev workspace, but I need to do it every time as the sorting is not persistent if you refresh the browser, which I need to do to get rid of some ghost "progress rings". The same happens with the "search" box. Search/filtering by name could be an alternative to folders if a good naming convention is kept.
