Have the option to load partials of data into visuals (pagination) such as the table visual to avoid the visual has exceeded available resources error

My users prefer to see all of the data as a starting point when using reports. In attempting to do this, the user usually starts with the visual displaying the message, "visual has exceeded available resources".

Power BI should have the option to set visuals to load as many records as possible to display, then not load the next batch until the user scrolls down to the bottom of the first set of data.

Or come up with some other option that allows users to see all results even though it is too much for Power BI to process.
