I have Free PBI Desktop v2.105 (64 bit free version May 2022) on 64-bit Windows Server 2019 Datacenter v1809.
I use text boxes with a larger font to give the user a "Readme" tab for every report set. When the text box gets too tall, the formatting options for the text box covers the text box bottom handle and I can no longer use the bottom middle handle to resize the text box. Image below.
I don't see a way to attach an image or drag one so it's inline like the other PBI forum here. Try this link for a screenshot.
