Currently the Power Automate 'Export To File for Power BI Report' functionality is only available to Premium license holders, NOT to users that are on the Premium-Per-User trial.

Genuinely IMMENSELY frustrating that this is the case. This would save our Social Care company a significant amount of time by being able to email critical reports within the hour to individuals - not only relating to the care of residents but also maintenance tasks that we have reports on in PowerBI. PPU has been around long enough now that it's the accepted way of using PowerBI in smaller businesses. Please turn this feature on for PPU.

My company upgraded me to premium per user only because of this feature.

This idea was posted in 2020 and now it's 2023 and still needs votes.. How many votes does it needs to be accepted? Unbelievable.

Using PPU - Company size 100 users. Considering you cannot subscribe an email group in the PBI service , doing it via Powerautomate would be very helpful. We are migrating from qliksense to powerBI an there are many things we took for granted in Qliksnse which are just not in PBI :( Allow this as bolt on at least!

Microsoft is really trying hard here to move people away from Power BI. PPU license must be able to export a pdf via API.

Honestly it's like we spend so much time just learning how to use powerbi and when we finally think we can build something of value we get shown this paywall which further reinforces that we should be moving to another tool.

This is pretty basica functionality that's desperately needed... why on Earth would I pay $5K + per month for this when I can do it with the base software on Salesforce's Tableau, Alteryx, Cognos, and just about every other self-service analytics tool.

As it stands, it'd be cheaper for us to hire someone to sit in an office to generate and email our 3 daily reports manually, than it would be to pay for dedicated capacity to automate this. Literally unbelievable...

My company is already paying for Power Automate and Power BI Premium per user license. This feature is so much needed.But I would be overkill to buy premium space.
