Interaction between the dropdowns

There isn't any feature in Power BI, where the Interaction between 2 dropdowns are facilitated

For instance i have created a dashboard with two dropdowns & they don't interact with each other, for example if I select a region as Northeast from my first dropdown, the second dropdown should also automatically select as Northeast but that is not the case now, one has to manually again select Northeast from the 2nd dropdown

I am conscious of the fact that now the question will come, why you need 2 dropdowns of similar nature. Basically they are 2 columns in my data, one is HQ region and other is Delivery Region (that means both have the same list of regions)
