If I am dealing with survey data with values like 'Strongly agree, Agree, Strongly disagree etc' or data based on ranks of profession 'Constable, Sergeant, Inspector etc' there is no simple way to sort aside from alphabetical or numerical. For a survey with multiple variables it is labour intensive to join to multiple sort columns. In other BI tools there is a simple feature that allows you to drag and drop or shuffle the values into an order of your choosing - it takes about 30 seconds and is much better in terms of work-flow. You can even do this in a Pivot-Table in Excel. I wish there was more elements that were similar in functionality to Excel and Powerpoint rather than relying on DAX - it would make PBI much more usable to more people.
