Interpreting visuals without a clear legend to indicate logic behind specific styles can lead to confusion and decision-making errors. An idea to enhance clarity and transparency by ensuring legends and tooltips accurately display colors, patterns, and other visual components influenced by logics, would enable report consumers to easily understand the applied logic and make more effective decisions.

I agree this should be available through out Power BI, including:
* available for market place visualization developers to use
* ALL value types, not just numeric

You should be able to write a proper expression to control the format. In fact you should be able to write an expression behind every single property, just like in SSRS.

It would be great to have conditional formatting allow for color formatting based on TRUE/FALSE results.

Voted! I need to assign a color to different sport teams and I have the colors as a data point. Would be ideal if the chart bars, maps bubbles, etc. to reflect those colors.

Conditional Color formatting should exist.
RE: Epic idea: Conditioanl formatting parameters displayed in legends and tooltips
If the color scheme can be defined in another column that would be perfect e.g. country column pulls its color scheme from country_color_scheme.

Like to see conditional formatting for values in a matrix. ie Negative = Red font and positive = Black.
RE: Epic idea: Conditioanl formatting parameters displayed in legends and tooltips
I would like to be able to color code text (e.g. "High" is red, "Medium" is yellow, etc. And it would also be great to be able to do the same for unicode. So if I can make an upward arrow green, a downward arrow red, etc. The point it, I have use cases for having more granular control over a variety of text and other DAX calculated elements. Thanks!

Conditional formatting should not only be available if you summarize your data... if you want a line to turn red based on a value in your table why would you force the user to summarize????
