When users try to access to any POWER BI dashboard, which they don't have access to, it would be nice to custom Pop up to ask them to raise request to access it, instead of generic one.

Our corporation leverages Imprivata for access to various applications and standardized licensing as well as AD Group management through that solution. The lack of an option to direct user traffic with a custom message is an easy adoption barrier to fix with this solution.As others have mentioned before, incorporating the same logic for App Developer to set "Request Access" as what exists for dataset request access options.For example,"A request for application permissions is sent in an email to owner"OR"User requesting access will get the following instructionsInstructions: *........................."

This is really needed for large corporations using Power BI as an enterprise tool.

This would be helpful as we utilize distribution lists in Outlook, and do not grant access via the request access function. Also it would be useful to be able to customize the message so that users would be informed of the Access Level required for the information within the App.

Does anyone actually read these; Really, how many years has this been an idea for, surely this is just a UI change.... how bout you set up and email so i can send all the requests i get to you guys.... Our company has a separate request process and uses security groups not individual named users...... however when people get a screen saying request access what do you expect them to do....

We have a lot of apps in our Power BI service (and also a lot of users).So this would indeed really help us all ! :-)If turning this feature off is not possible, maybe we can add a link to a specific SharePoint Site that helps our user to get the needed access.Thank you Power BI

The current request access feature breaks the whole AD access management system At the very least we should be able to alter the message to refer to any documentation.

We need this change. It is very complicated to keep track of this when you use AD-groups.

We also manage access requests by AD groups as is common practice.A customised response to access requests when users click on a report link passed to them by an authorised user is essential - I can't believe that Microsoft have not done this yet. It should be high priority!
