It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.

In addition to the support we have for paginated reports already, we have started the work to support this for Power BI reports and expect it to land by the end of the calendar year in the Power BI service. Like for paginated reports, it will be a Premium feature and will be available to customers with either Premium capacity or if you have the new Premium per user license, which will be available at no cost to all users during the public preview period. You can read more about getting priority access to the public preview for your tenant at this link - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/blog/priority-access-sign-up-for-power-bi-premium-per-user-public-preview-now-available/

RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
I think it is worth noting that the community doesn't just want a simple 'export to PDF' solution. PDF's need to be customisable with headings, titles, logos etc. Please learn from Tableau.

This will be a great feature to have on PowerBI desktop. Please consider.
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
If the ability to print is added, I could use BI desktop!
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
We can save the whole report as Pdf for the data displayed in tables with conditional formatting.
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
PNG images don't appear when printing to PDF

This should be a quick and easy fix.
This is not a request to add a new feature. It's simply a request to fix a bug.
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
This would be a much needed and great addition to PBI Desktop!

Trying to link summarized data between dashboards and as far as I know the only solution is to import all data sources again to the new dashboard only to get 2 or 3 lines. If I could schedule data export and import, I could solve this problem with a simple "integration" between datasets.
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
absolutely necessary. Everyone is busy voting on a "completed" idea to print dashboards when this is so urgent!
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
This would be very helpful to have for us as well. We have privacy issues with uploading directly to the Power BI website version and I must use desktop. Need a better way to download at least as a PDF.
