There Should be Provision of passing the Parameter to the report like we do in SSRS Reports. There should be any method to execute Stored Procedure by passing the Parameters

With the increasing amount of data in many databases, there is increasing demand with my customers to filter the data dynamically and perform other intelligence using stored procedures.

to allow for data abstraction and agnostic data sources it would be great if Power BI could easily retrieve data from stored procedures with parameters, that are easy to input by a user, not the static query option that is currently available.
SSRS allows this option, Power BI should also.

RE: Passing Parameters to Power BI through Stored Procedure

This would be great as we have a number of reports that we leverage that pass parameters to a stored procedure (such as date ranges etc.) It would really open up a world of opportunities.
