Custom fields that I have created in Zendesk are not available to report on in PowerBI. This would be REALLY useful

There is also no database sharing on the list of Macros and sources of ticket generation.
Must be added immediately.

Hi all - I'm new here! I'm experiencing some problems when importing data into Power Bi Desktop through the connector. Some fields (for example "Via") are not imported correctly: I only get the vale [Record]. Do you have any clue? Thx. FM
