When creating an app I only get a select few colors to choose from.
I want to be able to choose a specific color here.

Been waiting for this since Apps were first introduced and it's now 2023!I could make a multiple page list of small simple annoyances that have been with me since 2017, that still hasn't been addressed, which is hindering user adoption and Power BI being seen as "fit for purpose".How has this still not been implemented?? It seems like something an intern could hash out in a few days, yet here we are x years later and we can't even distribute apps that adhere to company branding policy.Microsoft seriously needs like a 'Customer Council' or something to help prioritize the community ideas section of their backlog.

Would also be great if the expanded colour pallet could be set per audience, rather than uniform across them all - many reports fit into teams that have their own identities and this would also help make navigation (when users are members of several teams)

I wish the product team takes this as a priority item. Using apps promotes sharing of reports in a collective structure. While having the ability to add a custom theme and logo to the header is feasible but restricting the app navigation and menu bar to fixed colors makes the overall outcome look terrible.

I'm amazed this hasn't been addressed as a matter of urgency, it's a real blocker to the adoption of Apps as a default delivery method as as soon as an organisation applies it's corporate themes and identity to Reports it creates a conflict with the App design which is unlikely to have a suitable colour option.

Please add this soon. It's an absurd shortcoming of the product in 2023.

If the preferred approach to deploy dashboards corporation wide is via an app, we need consistent branding. Please allow us to choose a colour which is consistent with our dashboard.

Espescially if you have a fixed color design you should be able to use it in the app, too.

Power BI recommends using Apps to distribute Power BI artifacts for org wise consumption. And doesn't allow customising the theme colour with hex code? It is a big deterrent for App adoption in the organisation. How is this not a thing yet? Surely it should be easy if it is already available in PBI desktop.

Very important feature for branding. It looks awful now as it doesn't match the company colors. Prevents us from using apps in the organization!
