It would be great if there was an option to tranfer ownership of created reports and dashboards. This way, work would not have to be duplicated if the original creator was to leave the company/change roles/etc.

We are looking into this but we do not have a proposed timeline for when this will release.

We run into a common situation that someone left the company and PowerBI assets (data, report, dashboard) is only accessible under that person's user account. Definitely a need to have the ability to transfer the whole account to another user.

This has been one feature that has been holding us back from really rolling out the Power BI service. We need a way to transfer ownership for content created outside of a Group or Content pack as people leave/transition out of roles.

Without a good method to transfer ownership we will not deploy Power BI in our organization

When created under Office 365 the "admin" account should always be able to change this IMO. That's why it's enterprise class.

I just read that you can use groups for doing this. So if you create a workspace and add people to that workspace, then those users can jointly edit dashboards and manage content packs centrally through the group
