The Premium licensing model is just bad for small businesses. You either need to make a more reasonable approach to Premium or start adding this stuff to Pro. Personally, I would actually fix the broken "Pro" model by making a more expensive "designer" license and then just make companies buy Premium Capacity they way they do in Azure - with a pricing slider. But, have options ranging from basically free to really expensive. So, a small business might pay 20/month for a designer license and 10/month for a cheap Capacity that can be shared with anybody in their company.

absolutely! It can resolve a lot of reporting problem and make life easier for export to pdf, print etc.

Yes! Paginated reports (SSRS style RDP) are the missing link between Power BI and operational SQL reporting (DB and DW) - providing it to Pro users will encourage adoption of both rather than the brick wall of Premium cost to most SMEs. Premium should be about scalability, not functionality, otherwise customers go elsewhere, earlier.

We have a project we put on hold because we could not download cross tab results to Excel, could not keep on screen formatting, etc. If this could be resolved in Pro, we would purchase licenses and roll out to approximately 150 Pro users. If not, we are in the process of setting up in another reporting system (non Microsoft) and will not utilize Power BI at all. Deal maker or breaker. Please roll out to Pro.

MS, give us some updates on this request. Why can't we have Paginated reports with PRO? For small non-profits like us, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get expensive Premium.
