It should be good if we can set Drill Mode ON/OFF by DEFAULT instead of clicking manually on the arrow every time on report.

We have improved this by allowing the drill action to take place inside the tooltip. Marking as completed. We will do more updates here but the initial item has been addressed.

This would help me very much. I work with sales people who will constantly forget they have to click on that little arrow.

Yes, please. It's counter-intuitive to not have the setting be persistent.

RE: Drill Mode By Default

I've got some users who will struggle to remember to turn it on each time. So frustrating that my reports are saved with Drill Mode on, but then have to be turned on every time they are opened in the Service.

Agreed that this is more of an annoyance. I love the drill down functionality. Alternatively you could enable drill down for the whole dashboard (or file) with one click instead of clicking on each visualization.

This feature is required as every time on the drill down is very annoying.

RE: Drill Mode By Default

At the moment if you design a visualization to work with drill down (by nesting fields on the axis), and then change the mode to Drill down, it doesn't persist if you leave that page and come back. It would be better if the mode did persist to ensure that the end user uses the visualization as intended. It would also need to persist when you published to PowerBI.com
