This feature would be valuable for us and would improve the enterprise suitable and governance posture of Fabric.
RE:
Totally support this, but for a differnet reason. Suppose you have dimension table of Products with Product Name and ID, and the latter is a very long number or even a GUID. Product Name is NOT unique, but Product ID is. You set up a Drillthrough report page to drill through on Product ID (it being the key on the table). But in order to access that drill through option on a right-click, that column (Product ID) must be part of the table or matrix visual. Adding Product ID to a matrix adds another level of breakdown that would be confusing to the users. Having the ability to hide a column, but make it available for the drill through action would be very nice.

RE:
yes to this.
RE:
This is a nightmare for customers who insist on using a dimension for balance sheet entries (Such as Product Family regarding entries around inventory). There is a mod that can be done to add this, but it does seem like priority might be useful in this area, like the other areas of BC.
RE:
Absolutely yes, please do it :-)

Here's my vote as well. Please add this to the product!

Microsoft: Please put the power in "Power BI" in the hands of the user and let us clear formatting for all visuals at once.
RE:
There is a third limitation to the unopened filter. It doesn't refer to work items but to accounts. So once I complete the first step of a sequence the status remains opened even though I haven't touched the next step yet. So you can only filter on unopened first steps, but not on any "unopened" steps after that.

2501210050004017, An issue was raised in this case. The customer's suggestion was to display an error message showing the current user permissions and the required permissions, making it clear what needs to be done next.
