is it possible to add support for "duration" data type in the report view as in Power Query?

True/Scientific Duration is needed
Example: Decay time 1000 seconds
Example: Cooling time 90 minutes
Example: Weekly opening hours 70:30

This is an astonishing absence...I'm aghast that this wasn't included within the original spec for PowerBI, and even more so to learn of it's continued absence.

This is a common thing that most of other reporting tools are having. Please add the duration time as a type and allow to put Avg, Max, Min and the value as such to show in graphs.

Excel allows you to format time using values greater than 24 hours, why isn't this possible in Power BI? even if you use one of the work-arounds, when you export the data, its a text field and you can't sum the values in excel.

A must have. Quite a basic feature. Work arounds ae simply that - work arounds.
