Please change the power bi desktop scrollbars on the report canvas.
These things are so small and difficult to click on.
Is it possible to add a handle?

The scroll bar on the toolboxes such as for fields and visualizations is too narrow, I'm always accidentally creating hierarchies trying to grab ahold of the narrow scroll bar. It is awful and has wasted a lot of my time.

Majority of my older clients that I representative seem to particular have a hard time with the scroll bar, whether it is too thin or the color is too close to the default background. If we have the ability to customize this option, that would be great

Yes please increase the width slightly. Would add efficiency and prevent mis clicks.

Its needed for Mobile views. Its view difficult to scroll in Mobile views.

This is a general problem with MS Windows apps per se.
It's seems very odd that no internal MS human factor expert or UAT testing has not addressed this before in several decades of commercial development and use.
In all apps with scroll bars, it always made sense to be able to either :
a) manually control
b) allow the system to automatically control
the minimum width and height.
Please then MS, could you provide this in the next MS Windows roll out for all apps ?
