Some datasets and analyses are too sensitive to even allow export to PDF, PPT and printing. But at the moment this option is only available to alter at the tenant level. It would be better to have it either at workspace level, or better, at report level in the same way as data exports are set at report level.

Need feature at report level as tenant level doesn't meet business and security requirements. Depending on different report types will have:Different datasets containing public or sensitive data.Grain of data (summarized or detailed records)User's role for a specific dataset (owner / steward or consumer)Some reports need export feature whereas other reports need it blocked.

Dear Team,We have an important requirement to disable the "Export" option for some of the Power BI reports. We do not want this to be done at the Tenant Level. Because, there are many capacities under the Tenant and many workspaces under each capacity. And, we want to disable the "Export" option only for some reports in the workspace. It is also fine if the setting is implemented on the workspace level.

It is a great limitation to have users access underlaying data in report dashboards as a default option. This needs to be a toggle for the report owner to enable.

This is critical to support healthcare policies. It should cover both Power BI export and paginated too. We need to disable based on who the user is, and what the report ID is, and the sensitivity flag. This should be data driven so that we can query a personnel database.

This is a must have as the current functionality available to report consumers violates the security settings at report level unless all reports at the tenant get Export PDF, Export Print disabled. Also; What is the rationale behind an end user's option to Export/Print any hidden pages?

Having this option would be very good. Specifically, in our case, to have this option in Power BI Report Server.
