As of now the context of drill through is set to single value. For example from a table one row value only can be passed to the drill through filter of other page.

Selecting two rows and passing the values to the drill through page is not available

Need to pass multiple values on single field/column of the drill though parameters

I would really love to see this thread / feature get more traction. The UX of simply selecting multiple points of interest and then drilling through for details and potential export - could work so well for stakeholders across the business. I know this is possible with slicers, it removes a layer of modern UX design that I believe most people expect from a modern dashboard. Thank you!

Drill-through should support drilling through multiple values.

I've been developing a tool to explore a big database and create sheets which could be later on exported and used for many different purposes. A huge UX drawback is that drill-through can't be used for multiple values - the user can't select multiple interesting products and see the data related to them with one click. The only way is to copy and paste the values to slicers/filters.

At this moment, if I'm not mistaken, it is possible to drill through only for one row of a table/matrix.

It would be useful have the able to select several rows of a table/matrix with ctrl + click, and than, with right click on one of these, make drill through of all the rows selected.

We want to use our reports as real-time analytical tools. After selecting a number of data cross sections using various graphs on a page I want to drill down into the details for that cross-section. To get around this today I includes the details in a list below the graphs. However, the amount of room available for the detail list is small. I would like to be able to add a button allowing the user to open a full-page list of the details to review based on the current data selected. The current restriction of only allowing drill through on a single data filter prohibits this ability. I want to use PowerBI as a real-time data analysis tool to provide decision-making information in workshops and meetings. This ability is similar to the pivot table functionality in Excel where you can double click on a matrix cell to open a new sheet with all the detail rows.

Hello @Power BI User commenting above,This is indeed possible, but right click -> drill through is not very user friendly. Since I have a broad group of users, I would like to work with a button that says "view details" drilling through onto the next page. With this extra visual, that is not possible (I tried). Hence, this does not solve my problem unfortunately..

Need to pass multiple fields to drill through, so that it filters based on field selection on visual for example if you have a matrix as a visual and you have selected 1st row 1st column, both the fields should be passed to drill through so that the desired results should be displayed, as of now only fields from axis is passed.
