Enable selection of the default scroll position for the x-axis on a chart. For example, on a line chart with dates as the x-axis, when not all of the data can display in the view at once, the scroll defaults to the beginning/left end of the x-axis and the most recent dates are at the far end causing the end user to always have to scroll to see the most recent data. If you could set the visual to default to the right end, then the user would only have to scroll if they wanted to see more history.

RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
This is a really large missing feature. Not just for charts, but for tables and matrixes as well. My audience are going to be focused on the most recent month's data, but need to be able to scroll back. To address what you might be thinking - no, sorting descending and reversing the order is fundamentally inacceptable.
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
I would love to see this feature implemented ASAP.
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
This is very important for displaying time series data along an expanded x-axis. Users should be able to see the very latest data added to a line chart without needing to scroll to the right to find it.
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
Allowing us to change the default position of scrollbars must be implemented immediately.
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
Very annoying indeed, hopefully this change will be implemented soon!
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
Very important missing feature!
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
This will be very helpful - and seems to me like 'low hanging fruit'
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
A simple functionality that would be extremely useful!
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
How this has already been overseen for so long given what it is, is a mystery to me.
RE: Set default x axis scrolling position
This would be a really useful addition and help us on a daily basis!
