Thanks for suggesting this. it's a real problem for us. Our corporate colour scheme means that the expand/collapse options are very hard to see.

I agree with this enhancement. We can search in Sent Email page but not from the Customer Card Sent emails.

Every other tool has a recycle bin: sharepoint, outlook, windows. How does this not have it?

Don't forget one other really important feature: the ability to download the .pbix or report files so you can see how it was accomplished!
